With over 33 years behind the chair and 15 years of ownership and supervisory experience, she brings a deep commitment to educational excellence, mentorship, and student success.
Kimberly is a dedicated Cosmetology Instructor and Education Leader with over 12 years of teaching experience. As the Education Leader at Paul Mitchell the School Columbia, she supervises and coaches instructors to improve technical performance and teaching methods, guides students and educators on career development pathways and prepares students for successful careers through comprehensive classroom instruction and hands-on training.
